How do I get good Skin Care And Acne blogs or sites?

Girl Talk answers:

Skin Care And Acne
Although good skin care plays only a very minor role in whether or not you get acne in the first place, it does play an extremely important role in treating acne.

Some people believe that vigorous washing can help prevent acne and that, if acne does occur, it can help to clear it up quickly. The truth is that washing has little if any effect on whether or not you develop acne in the first place but vigorous washing once it has arrived can actually help to spread, and thus worsen, the condition.

Over washing can dry out the skin, roughening it and removing the outer protective layers of the skin so that the skin has to release its natural oils to provide a protective coating while the outer layers of skin re-grow. This release of oil when the acne bacteria are present simply helps to spread the problem over a wider area.

The best policy in general, and certainly if you are suffering from acne, is to wash gently every morning and last thing at night with a mild cleanser and, this should not simply be confined to the face, but should also include the neck, shoulders, back and chest. It can also be helpful to apply a mild cleanser to the area along the hairline and under the jaw in the middle of the day and again during the evening.

Natural skin oil plays an important part in the development and spread of acne and so removing excess oil is important. However, it also plays an important role in maintaining a healthy and elastic skin and so removing every trace of it is not a good idea. For this reason you should use astringents which are designed to remove oil sparingly and with care.

Over-the-counter and prescription acne preparations have been designed specifically to get the balance right and to both treat your acne and also to protect your skin. However, they will only do this if they are used according to the manufacturer’s instructions and using medication which is of too high a strength for your particular acne or using it too often can, like vigorous washing, make the problem worse rather than better.

Makeup can often present women with a problem too when it comes to acne as, while it can help to conceal the problem, it can also add to it. Fortunately, there are many forms of makeup marketed today which again have been specially formulated for women (and indeed men) with acne and, while these are often a bit more expensive than regular makeup, the cost is well worth it and will be more than made up for by the lower cost of treating your acne if you try to use regular makeup.

Choosing the right acne medication for your particular form of acne and skin type is not always easy and often it is a case of having to try two or three different treatments before you find the one which works best for you. This can also be an expensive operation so don’t be afraid to talk to the druggist who will often be prepared to let you have free samples of acne medicine to try.

skin care techniques and tips?

Does anyone know any websites (blogs and such) where i can get advice on how to eat right to maintain healthy skin? One that shows different snacks to eat and how to prepare them and such (a blog about it would be perfect :) ) Nothing with all those skincare cosmetics crap, i have clear skin but it just does not look healthy and its too expensive to go to a dermatologist to tell me to eat a banana or something. I know that what you eat contributes greatly to your skin care so it would help loads of someone knew a “do it at home” sorta site for skin care :)

There were totally 15 moles / black spots on my face and body before, I tried this mole remover and most of my moles were gone right now. But please pay attention, don’t over use in order to avoid getting scar. Hope it works for you too.

For more information, please see the following using methods, it is very useful for unwanted moles, beauty marks, black spots.

BRAND NEW DIY MOLE VANISH WART REMOVER
10 ML Skin Care non-Laser Removal

Usage:
(1) Clean the nevus and the area around it, use a toothpick (do not use a cotton stick to tip or wipe) to mix the liquid and sediment, and then tip a little amount of the mole remover and apply it onto the middle of the nevus. The area would turn to white colour after 1 minute. Use alcohol or water to clean the mole area after 10 minutes (If you tip the amount of mole remover properly, you don’t have to clean). The mole would peel off (May help with finger) in 8 to 20 days. Repeat the process again until the mole peeling off if the colour of the nevus is dark. (it is suggested applying the liquid to nevus on hands or legs first to see the results and learn to control the usage before applying the liquid to other areas of the body, DON’T TRY on FACE for the first time!)

Mary asks…

Does skin toner cause you to break out?

I decided to add using a skin toner to my facial care regimen. It’s hot where i live and i thought it would be good to use during the summer. I’ve only been using it for a week and i have started break out. It’s not a rash-like break out like i’m allergic, but just white heads coming up where they weren’t before. I’ve read some blogs that say that skin toner causes your skin to “purge” and clean itself out and that this will happen for a week or so. Is this true? Has anyone ever experienced this before? How long does it actually last?

Girl Talk answers:

Im sry I dont know how long it will last. But yes it does make some ppl breakout. It rly depends on how your skin will react. Sry. <3
