Is anti-oxidant Vitamin E enough to protect your skin from aging everyday?

I have acne-prone skin, but I care about protecting it from the sun everyday. I tend to notice that when I use SPF it makes my acne worse, but I have a face cream for Oily skin that says it has anti-oxidant Vitamin E in it, I am tired of breaking out, should I just use this cream to protect my skin everyday?
*the face cream for Oily skin is the only one that makes my skin soft without breaking it out

How do I get rid of skin redness on my face?

I take care of my skin quite well. I moisturize twice a day, use anti aging serums, & acne prevention gels. But I still have redness around my nose, chin, & forehead after my morning shower (I can’t take showers the night before since I have very fine hair that greases up badly when slept on). What can I do to prevent the redness?

Try using cleansers & moisturizers that say “redness soothing” or something like that. I know aveeno & neutrogena have products that soothe redness. Sometimes when i use too much of an acne product, that area or my face gets red and irritated, so maybe you shouldn’t use harsh products as much. Also if you wear makeup, try green concealer because it cancels out the red in your face and works very well.

Too Young For Anti Aging?

I’m 19 but I want to start preventing wrinkles now. Is that bad? I have an aunt she’s about 83-84 yrs old and she looks like she’s barely 65! and she still works. My mom tells me that my aunt started taking care of herself at a young age by taking her vitamins and using good anti aging creams.

I want to try using some that I’ve noticed at Target, like Aveeno, Almay, Olay or Burstbeez.
Are these good?
I have sensitive skin and my skin is clearing up from acne.
Can you name any good ones that I can find at local stores?
I’m currently using Aveeno Ultra-Calming Daily Moisturizer SPF 15 as a lotion before I put on my concealer.

Good product should contain following ingredients:
Antioxidants
Cell-Identical Ingredients
Cell-Friendly Ingredients

Find combination of them in topical products you need to use: cleanser, toner, moisturizer, sun block. It is not only for anti-aging purposes, but also for all ages and skin types.

You also will start to look younger if you start eat right, take multivitamins and minerals, supplements, exercise and so on. Follow your aunt steps :-)

Help I’m breaking out!!!?

I started using this anti-aging skin set (principal reclaim). I heard it was also for sensitive skin but apparently it was too strong for mine. I was on it for 3 weeks and started breaking out everywhere on my forehead and cheeks then I stopped and went back to using the same skin care. it’s now been 2 weeks since I stopped but my acne is still there . How long do I wait? what should I do?

If you have a pimple without a head try ice it will be smaller by the next day, and like a gel you would use to stop itching like from a bug bite, that works to because its sanitized to help clear the area i found results by the next day like the ice.
