What are the best, non-surgical, ways to combat the signs of aging?

I am looking for creams, lotions or something along those lines, I don’t want to have any surgeries or injections. I am in my early 30′s and starting to notice some signs of aging. I would actually like to have something that works fairly quickly, to see great results in 4-5 weeks. And also something to maintain that and to help prevent getting more. Areas of concern are of course the face and also the thighs/buttocks, stomach, neck area. Thank you for any help.
How about Hydroderm, does anyone know if it works like they say it does?

You don’t need any of those expensive, unnatural, potentially harmful procedures and if you do an Answers Search for OTC lotions, creams, etc you will see they have been ineffective. There is a SAFE, NATURAL, low cost, remarkably effective treatment that has been chosen 5 star Best Answer. It cured my hypersensitive skin of my many skin problems permanently and gave me a flawless, blemish free, healthy skin. It also remarkably diminished wrinkles and lines and reversed skin aging. It also removes age spots and discolorations. Use an organic or pure natural oil – olive or coconut are good – regularly massage (everyday is best) with a quite strong, vigorous motion. IT’S THE KEY TO IT WORKING. Do at night as it makes face flushed. Skin clinics might tell you to only massage gently – they are wrong – in over 20 years of use it’s proved to be only beneficial. Stimulation heals and hastens shedding of old skin and forces a clear, tighter one to emerge with less blemishes and diminished wrinles and lines in about 1 week, and remarkably better ones over a period of weeks. Initially, skin has to adjust & if soreness, or reactions happen – stop & resume when you can. Find the pace that works for you – it’s different for every person. Keep up a massage routine(not as vigorous) after that & will continue improving.
Try it, you will be happy that you did. If apply to entire face and neck you will not need to use any other product of any kind ever again. Skin will have a naturally healthy glow and tone and will naturally moisturise. Only unhealthy skins need all those OTC treatments. Also made me look considerably younger – I am often thought to be 15 years younger than I actually am.
The daily massaging and hair brushing are a really good workout for upper body, and much walking – 70 miles a week -take care of rest of body. Daily yoga meditation is the most beneficial of all -gives good sleep, poise, and promotes a stress free existence.

Women, when did you first start to see visible signs of aging?

I would like to know when other women first noticed visible signs of aging in their faces. Wrinkles, crows feet, age spots ETC. At what age did you really see those first signs?

I am turning 25 next month & I have just noticed this week 2 wrinkles on my forehead. I still think I am doing ok for my age though, no grey hair yet! *fingers crossed*

Girl Talk answers:

I started to notice mine around 29 and 28 is when I got my first gray hair. I was angry and sad. 25 is a good age. Enjoy it. ;) )

How to prevent signs of aging?

I am 24 and I am concerned about wrinkles and all the other fun stuff that comes with aging. I am already starting to get dark circles around my eyes and have noticed lines on my forehead appearing. 1/2 white & 1/2 mexican so no matter how much sunblock I put on I still manage to tan when out in the sun. I’ve always looked younger than I am and would like to keep it that way. Any suggestions.

Girl Talk answers:

Use moisturiser every day before you go to sleep. Keep going with the sunblock, eat really fresh food so your body doesn’t have to work hard to digest it (making chemicals that age you) and drink water. Also try to maintain a healthy weight.

What is the best eye cream to prevent first signs of aging?

I am 27 and first crow feet as well as some mimic lines ( I have high cheekbones, and when I smile or laugh lines do appear around my eyes) are starting to appear under eyes area. I don’t want to overkill using serum creams and other heavy stuff, that is intended for aging sking. Regular eye cream doesn’t seem to work. I tried Neutrogena, natural appricot cream (better botanicals) and Aveeno eye brightening cream – didn’t see any difference. What ingredients should I look for? Is alpha-hydroxy for more mature skin? How about Q10 ingridient? Please help.

Has anyone experienced Lifestyle lift for getting rid of aging signs?

This is a less dramatic procedure than the regular face lift.
Claims that you can see results on same day as procedure. And less brusing & can return to normal daily activities.

The products are not tested on animals, they are all by-animal products (which is no animal parts or skins are used in their products). All the skincare is pH correct, hypoallergenic, dermotologist tested and approved/reccommened. You will love these products. They may cost a little more than department stores but they last longer than dept. Store products and they have real results! You should try them. They have all kinds of different products. Weightloss, Skincare, Aromatherapy, Make up/ color, and more. They have products for men and women. I am a HUGE fan of Arbonne! They are very popular for their antiaging set. It’s a little expensive but it last 9-12 months. So actually it’s a lot cheaper than paying 50-60 dollars a month.
