Your Questions About Anti Aging Tips Wrinkles

Maria asks…
I need anti aging tips. Any ideas?
I need anti aging tips. Wrinkles are beginning to show on my face and I was wondering if there are any anti aging tips I can follow to control the wrinkles on my face before they get out of hand. Any anti aging tips will be very helpful. Does anyone know of any?

Girl Talk answers:
Yes, there are anti aging tips that you can use to reduce the wrinkles on your face. Fighting wrinkles can be very frustrating from my little experience and having a little knowledge of anti aging tips will go a long way at easing that frustration.
You must be ready to follow all the instructions of any anti aging tip you find if you want to get the best out of it. You also shouldn’t get carried away by so many anti aging tips because you can get lost in them. Try to focus on only one anti aging tip in order to make it useful to you.
One common anti aging tip is using an anti aging cream on your skin. It is very effective and you will see positive results soon enough once you start using them.
For instance, I use dermology 3 part anti aging solution for my wrinkles and it works that’s why I always recommend it to people who need help. You should try it too. Anti aging creams are easy to use and fast acting too. You can find more tips and useful information here: http://www.look-younger-now.info

Carol asks…
PREVENTATIVE anti-aging tips for people in their 20′s?
Aging is a natural process, I am well aware of that. I am 24, in great shape, and I’d like to remain “youthful,” while aging isn’t exclusively in wrinkles (i.e. facial parts (nose for example) continue to grow), I want to take anti-aging steps to at least delay the process.
I drink a LOT of water, and I ALWAYS wear sunblock, but any other specific tips?
I’m open to anything

Girl Talk answers:
Worked for the US Surgeon General’s advisor on dermatologic issues for some time.
The answer is
-Compulsive sun avoidance
-Proper nutrition
-A daily vitamin (which helps collagen production)
-Retin -A, preferably with some kind of blender/lotion to dilute each night. This will control wrinkles and acne. There is a cosmetically pleasing formulation of retin a (tretinoin is the generic name) called Renova. You can see a derm and ask for a prescription, but it will cost a little. No more than some of the over the counter treatments, though. At your age, you probably won’t be covered for the prescription even if you say it’s for acne… So you have to be willing to spend the money.
By the way, I see a dermatologist 1x per year for the past few years to get Titan laser treatment on my face and neck. It promotes new collagen growth, which slows dramatically after 35 – I’m 38 and often get mistaken for being in my 20′s.

Sandy asks…
Anyone have anti-aging tips?
I really admire women who are over forty and still look good: granted, they were always pretty to begin with but they have great, smooth skin with little wrinkles, their bodies are in shape, and they usually wear flattering make-up and classy yet stylish clothes, and their hair is nice. Can anyone give me tips on how to maintain myself or any things I can do now (I’m 19) to make sure I age well? Like, moisturizing creams, etc… please advice!
Thanks : )

Girl Talk answers:
I’m 40 but look way younger, so if you’re going to take advice, take it from me!
Eat a healthy diet and take exercise.
NEVER smoke. I don’t drink much either.
Keep moderate sun exposure, not too much time on the beach.
NEVER use sunbeds
Weigh yourself regularly to ensure you keep to the correct weight, don’t get fat and then try to lose it.

Anti-aging tips and facts?
I’m 19years old and I was wandering what speeds up aging so I can avoid it. Also, I want smoother, clearer skin and to avoid any wrinkles for the super future. What can I use right now that can avoid or slow down the aging process. Any suggestions? I don’t want to spend more then 50 dollars on something. -.- So anything affordable and that actually works with results will be nice.

Girl Talk answers:
The sun will dry you up leaving you looking like a raisin! Some people like to tan, I am one of them. It’s important that our bodies get about 30 minutes of sun exposure every other day, for the absorption of vitamin D. I am 23 years old. I don’t have any wrinkles, I do use, however, jergens natural glow for the face, it has spf 20, so after I am done tanning, I dab some one my face to prevent any sun damage. I also use Olay regenerist, $25.00. (red jar with silver top) It’s suppose to prevent aging, sagging jaw line. I have been using it for some time now, My skin feels super soft, and I don’t have wrinkles. I don’t know if wrinkles are a genetic factor or not though, such as stretch marks, weight, shortness, etc. Those two things work wonders for me! As far as smoother, clearer skin, I know you said you don’t want to spend more than 50, but proactive is something else I use, and within 2 weeks of my first use my acne was almost completely gone, after another week, it was gone. Left me with clearer, smoother skin. I buy mine at the mall here in Alabama. $55.00 You may be able to get it cheaper via internet. The kit comes with the cleanser, toner, and skin repair lotion, some kits like mine, come with a bonus cream mask. I can’t remember the name of the mask, I hardly ever have to use it! I hope some of this helps girl!
