Vitamin A. Sounds weird but most of the lotions and face creams you buy are just high doses of Vit A. You can ask your physician for a perscription of Vitamin A for your wrinkles and they generally don’t ask many questions and give it to you. The first month or so of use it really dries out your face, but has amazing results in the end.
For prevention, don’t rub your eyes, don’t smoke or drink and eat a healthy diet. Wear sunscreen whenever you leave the house, even if it’s overcast.

I was 40 last year and started to show a few crow’s feet as well. Best thing to do is get a free sample of a leading cream (just pay S&H) and try it out to avoid paying big bucks on a bad product.

The best cream is a moisturizer with full spectrum sunscreen (preferably with a physical sunblock) in spf 30, antioxident fortified. Peter Thomas Roth has a lovely one. For night time, one that hydrates deeply (decleor’s nightcreams are very nice) drink enough water, eat healthy, and stay out of the sun.
