What is a good skin care line to use to even skin tone, minimize the pores, and for glowing skin?

I am 22 years outdated and believe that it is about time that I look for a great skin care line so that my skin appears great as I age. I have no clue what to look for so I was hoping that this can serve as a beginning point in my search.
