What do you use for your daily skin care?

I’m 15 and all my existence I’ve been using soap and I believe I’m missing out so significantly on my skin care currently! Please tell me about cleansers and moisterizers and and make-up remover, which ones you use, and which goods can clear throughly and gently! I’m really grateful I don’t even know the fundamentals!
