Im a guy with fair skin. How do i take care of the skin on my face?

The skin on my encounter is often very dry on my nose and on my cheeks and red. I have moderate to little acne, but truly not as well bad. How can i solve these skin issues without getting as well gay on the skin-care goods? The reason why i’m asking is simply because I get very embarresed with the dry skin simply because I can see flakes on my nose and I just want to change it.
